Exclusive Ability – Not
“These things and more you shall do too.” That’s what Jesus said, after doing some miraculous healings. Dr. Kam Yuen just said in his May 19, 2009 mailing “There are many copy cats out there, pretending to improve your life by saying they can do the same thing as Dr. Yuen. Simply put, they can’t.”
If it’s true that only Dr. Yuen can do certain things then why is he saying he can teach you what he does? Wouldn’t it follow, if he is the only one who can do certain things that you will not be able to learn what he does? Also, what is the point of him certifying people as Yuen teachers if they can’t do what he does?
I’ve had people come to me after they’ve had an unsuccessful session with Dr. Yuen where he has not been able to help them yet I was successful at helping them. I know a number of his students who are quite excellent healers.
As far as his ability to teach, frankly it was his inability to effectively teach that led me to begin coaching and then developing and teaching Into This Moment Quantum Optimizations.

My reply: Thank you for your comment. I usually don’t say anything negative about him. In fact I encourage people to learn from many people, including Dr. Yuen. You don’t find it insulting that Dr Yuen is putting you and every one of his students down?
Anonymous response: Maybe his words get lost in translation. We all want the benefit of the doubt when we are less than articulate. Anyway, I wouldn’t know anything about energy work were it not for him and I honor him for what he knows and teaches and makes affordable so everyone can learn it. Listening to healers bicker is about as silly as when preachers bicker – leaves a bad taste in everyone’s mouth and is the last thing we healers should be involved with.

From anonymous #3: Barbara, what/why always the focus on Dr Yuen? Why do you continue to tie/compare yourself to Dr Yuen, and what he says/what he does/who he is. I have to say careful for the statements/contests of doing corrections, I would never even think to make those statements. Pitting my skills up against Dr Yuen, NO THANKS, way too many varibles! Your strenght as a energy teacher/worker doesn’t come from putting down Dr Yuen, it comes only from what you are/do.

From anonymous #4: I have some friends who were repeatedly on the phone with Yuan allegedly healing to no avail. I don’t discredit him for his efforts. I don’t believe that we are meant to heal everyone, so we can’t advertise that we have such an ability. Also it may be a client’s time to pass over and the healing they really need is the peace to face into that process.

From anoymous #7: How interesting: I studied the Yuen method several years ago; first with Tai Njio in Colorado and then decided to do a weekend training with Dr. Yuen. From the moment I entered the space, I found the energy “arrogant” so I would completely agree with you.
However, why would anyone need to voice this; what you’ve laid out…is there any need to even point this out, as it is self evident to many…

From anoymous #8: Like thousands of others, I have received a number of emails from Dr. Yuen during the past week. I had deleted them, but after reading your comments, I dug them out to read them. From my limited experience with Dr. Yuen, it seems that his approach to healing is very intuitive. Like most of us, some of his intuitions are correct and some are not.
Doing corrections is fairly easy. Knowing what to correct does require some intuitive skills, and can be difficult. If Dr. Yuen’s membership program can help people develop those skills, then will be beneficial. The rest of what he says would be known in advertising circles as “pufifng.”

I don’t read it the way you do. I don’t know the man either. What I read is that Yuen believes other people are claiming to make the same changes in your lives as he does and he is saying that that isn’t true. I don’t read that he is putting down his students or surmising that they cannot be taught. My interpretation is that he believes his METHOD is the only METHOD that can do what his METHOD does, not him personally. I don’t read it like you do. But suffice it to say that no one can make the claim he is making, unless they have researched and worked with every single practice and practitioner and we all know he didn’t. And there are just too many variables in being healed from any practice for anyone to make such a claim. Sounds like a defensive statement to me. It’s tricky business to comment on someone else’s words. One never knows what one is saying unless one clarifies with the person saying it. I wouldn’t take those statements personally. They speak more about him than anyone else.

It is easy to slander Dr Yuen but it’s hard to eat your own shit and digest it too especially when we get provoked by someone else,maybe you need to correct Your own self too.
For you make it sound like a game where your fire gets fueled by creating blogs like this to pass time or to enjoy at others expense.
He is what he is &you are what you are so why compare or bitch.
Regarding him healing all successfully is between him & his clients nothing to do with stastics.
Maybe after all these years you still have not forgotten him & moved on, something needs to be healed there.
This is just my opinion.

Every individual has their own way of expressing themselves. Many feel proud that they did something great, like Dr. Yuen’s statements,“There are many copy cats out there, pretending to improve your life by saying they can do the same thing as Dr. Yuen. Simply put, they can’t.”
While there were other masters like MAharishi, Yogananda, Buddha, Dr. Mikao Usui, who wanted their students to grow more than what they did, both spiritually and physically.
I salute all those who has healed the one who is suffering.
Ultimately its everyones deepest desire that they should heal the ones who r suffering.
